Drop ship dog treats
If you are a mail order or Internet business, we designed a drop ship program so you can focus on selling while we focus on the logistics of our products. The drop ship program designed for Internet retailers that do not want to have the product shipped to a warehouse prior to customer shipment. Instead of shipping orders to the warehouse, we ship orders directly to your customers.
- All drop shippers must set up an account by providing your name, business name, address, phone number and shipper number. We also require you fax or email us a copy of your current reseller tax ID certificate.
- We do not up-charge shipping. In fact, we use your shipping account for your customer orders.
- Order processing and shipping normally takes 2-3 days. We cannot guarantee fast shipping 100% of the time, but we will notify the customer of any delays and expected shipping dates should this occur.
- All drop ship orders are prepaid. Customers may log in and order at www.distinctivedog.com/store. Or, supply us with a credit card number and we will charge when an order is placed by email or phone.
- Customer product returns are accepted when returned within 15 days of order receipt. Returns must be prepaid freight and original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of Distinctive Dog error. If an item needs to be returned, customers must contact Distinctive Dog for an authorization number and a shipping label. The return shipping label is emailed to the customer or end user. We do not charge a restocking fee.
The drop shipper is responsible for any excess shipping charges due to unaccepted or refused delivery items and/or address correction charges.
